If you find any of our products on a competitor's site in the UK cheaper we'll refund the difference and give you a 10% discount code on your next order.
Terms and conditions
You should let us know about the price difference within 24 hours of your purchase by opening a support ticket on this site.
We match against the total cost of our competitor’s item and delivery.
The competitor's product must be available to order and pay for that same day
The product on our competitor’s site needs to be exactly the same as the one on our site
After 48 hours we will no longer be able to offer you our price match guarantee.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method and should take between 3-5 days to appear in your account.
We will accept prices from all UK based retailers - but marketplace sites like Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Aliexpress are not permitted.
We reserve the right to remove this offer at any time and can remove it without notice.
Refunds and discounts are at the discretion of management.
