How do I return an item?

  1. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
  2. Please do not send back to the manufacturer.
  3. Replacement faulty items are sent back out free of charge.
  4. Please let us know the nature of the fault via our website
  5. All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused.
  6. Postage costs will apply to return it back to you.
  7. There is a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only.
  8. Any products that are returned back to us and are not faulty and do not meet the returns policy will be held for 30 days. After 30 days if we have not had a response from you, the item will be destroyed, no refund will be given.
  9. We reserve the right to hold to hold the cost of your original postage on items that are not faulty. 
  10. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process.
  11. Refunds can only be given on regular priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  12. We do not cover the cost of returns. If we agree to reimburse your for your returns this will be done via a store credit. 


The returns policy


Due to the obvious health and hygiene there are some implications with returning some types of goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.


1. The item(s) must be unused.

2. The item(s) must be returned in original condition & packaging.

3. Item(s) that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day you received your order.

6. Underwear and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.

8. Cost of returns is covered by the customer.


If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods
