Where can I open a support ticket?

To open a support ticket with THE PRIDE SHOP, simply click the "Submit Ticket" link at the top of the page.
If a team member is unable to immediately help you, we aim to response within 1 working day. Please do not open more than one support ticket, doing so may delay a response from our team.
If you need to return any items please make sure that you do not send back to the address on your invoice, but open a support ticket with us first.
We cannot accept any return without a support ticket being opened. You risk not getting a refund unless a support ticket has been opened.
